Please fill in, print and sign than return the scanned copy (PDF) before 15th March 2014 by uploading it into the online registration system.

Instruction: login to your profile under the "abstract submission" menu you will find the possibility of uploading the form. (Available from Friday, 14th February)

Without duly filled form no manuscript can be published by Elsevier.

If you are using any copyrighted figures or tables, you have the responsibility for ensuring that you have the necessary permissions upon submission.


CLARIFICATION  (to CACE publication)  

For each conference fee it is possible to deliver maximum one Oral and one Poster presentation (subject to reviews and acceptance on research merit) as previously announced.

One conference fee also entitles one paper in Computer Aided Chemical Engineering (subject to reviews and acceptance).

The second publication in Computer Aided Chemical Engineering per one registration and one conference payment is subject to additional charge to cover the publication cost.

This is a DOC template, so it should be usable from both latest WORD versions
as well as from WORD 2003 too.

Full text preparation instructions (style + example)

This is a package for LaTex users to develop the full papers.

Manuscript must have six pages, not more and not less.

Manuscripts using no templates or templates for other conferences will NOT be accepted.


Oral and poster contributions are both welcome on subjects within the scope of the conference. Each presenting author is entitled to submit only one abstract for oral presentation and one abstract for poster, but may also be co-author of Abstracts submitted by other presenting authors.

One-page abstracts, prepared according to the instructions given below, should be submitted in MSWord .doc or .rtf file through the secure online registration system. The file size may not exceed 2 MB.

After the successful submission the system sends you a feedback (in the middle of the page): The abstract data has been successfully inserted.  You can upload your abstract file immediately or you can upload it later by clicking on the 'ABSTRACT FILE UPLOAD' link on the page.

Your abstract will be stored in a web database so you can control and modify it till the deadline of the submission. Reviewed abstract cannot be changed anymore.

All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee. It will also be the Committee who makes the final decision about the form of presentation.

Oral Presentation

  • Each speaker will be allocated 20 minutes for presentation (including 5 minutes for discussion).
  • For the Microsoft Power Point presentations, speakers may use USB Flash Disk or Memory Stick.  All available computers are IBM compatible, running Windows 7 / Office 2007 and Windows XP / Office 2003.
  • Speakers are requested to preview and upload their computer files before the start of each session.  Presentation computer files must be handed‑in to the staff/student on duty at least an hour before the start of each session.

Poster Presentation

Each participant will be allocated a poster space of 1.20 m high and 0.90 m wide. 


Peer reviewed and accepted 6 page papers will be published by Computer Aided Chemical Engineering (Elsevier) - covered by SCOPUS and ISI Thompson Reuters.

Selected full size paper papers will be published in a Special issue of Computers and Chemical Engineering.
